Who do you recommend for past life regression? I am reading Brian Weiss (messages from the master) in which he talks about regressions and how they can some times heal present situations. Sounds great, would like to meet the guy!

I did the regression through a guided meditation in a garden where there were about 100 people...It was done by Dr Newton from Hyderabad...
What was your experience with Dr. Newton's PLR session? Would you recommend it?
It was a guided meditation...it was not done under hypnosis...a regression under hypnosis one has to be very careful that the person is well recommended...in the case of a guided meditation, one is reasonably safe...ao a guided meditation I would not hesitate to recommend to a mature meditating person...one probably is contacting ones Higher Self...
