...But (Michael) Jackson who will be remembered as one of the greatest talents in Music ever, however short public memory may be, got much more grief than he deserved. Not because he was Bad but because the price of fame is escalating in our times.

What can be more satisfying than playing with your grand children? My husband Narain with my daughter Madhavi and Mohan's sons Aditya and Kiran.
They are visiting and we are reliving our childhood.
I am reminded of Brian Weiss Book 'Only Love is real' and a life worth living is full of such 'love' moments. I remember years ago I has framed a picture of my husband and myself with the caption: It is not how much we have but how much we enjoy that make a good life!

I have great friends who support me in my various activities. They are bright. They will give me their wise opinions without being rude. And I welcome their advice, love and support...I like wise do the same with my friends. Someone dear who is in Politics asked me to stand for elections. I declined but offered my support to her, if I am in accord with what she believes in. Mona Patel is a bright young lady who wants to do wonders for the country. Yes dear, We can!

Was invited to program hosted by Rajasthani Mahila Mandal and Agroha Vikaas Trust to felicitate Ms Manju Ganerival who has been appointed the Treasurer (Arth Mantri) of Virginia State USA

Some points to note:
Manju's mother supported her in her decision that she must finish her studies before getting married...

By looking after her (Manju's) siblings she learned 'management' She learned to delegate work and herself do nothing :)...when her siblings complained Manju learned to take concensus and then work accordingly...

Manju learned 'modesty' from her father...She also learned that to succeed Persistence and resilience is important...Yet there is no need to be a superwoman...one must learn to prioritize...

I asked her: "Do you have a creative idea to tackle corruption?"
She replied: "Everyone must learn to 'wait' rather than pay a bribe"

It is matter of pride for Indians and women to note that The cheques of Virginia State carry her signature and Virginia got the No 1 ranking for the best managed state in the Country...

We have a Group 21. It consists of 21 members...This time one of the 3 hostesses was Jaya, It was sweet of her son to send a cake to celebrate 'Mother's day...and it was nice of Jaya to ask Ms Mohini to cut it...since she is a mother too and it coincided with her birthday.

They wanted us to move so that they are able to click the picture...we decided to make a bridge...Good fun to act like kids sometimes!
Aarti and Sapna composed and sang the following song:
Tune: Nikaah

Hey Aunty aya ayoon tawhanje ghar
Vinti Ishwar khe ahey ta meher kar

Ghar tawhanje me khushi, vadandi rahey
Prem pyaar en sikka sada vadandi rahey
Prabhu karey ehra sada mauka thhinda achan
