Was invited to program hosted by Rajasthani Mahila Mandal and Agroha Vikaas Trust to felicitate Ms Manju Ganerival who has been appointed the Treasurer (Arth Mantri) of Virginia State USA

Some points to note:
Manju's mother supported her in her decision that she must finish her studies before getting married...

By looking after her (Manju's) siblings she learned 'management' She learned to delegate work and herself do nothing :)...when her siblings complained Manju learned to take concensus and then work accordingly...

Manju learned 'modesty' from her father...She also learned that to succeed Persistence and resilience is important...Yet there is no need to be a superwoman...one must learn to prioritize...

I asked her: "Do you have a creative idea to tackle corruption?"
She replied: "Everyone must learn to 'wait' rather than pay a bribe"

It is matter of pride for Indians and women to note that The cheques of Virginia State carry her signature and Virginia got the No 1 ranking for the best managed state in the Country...
